Save the Date! Saturday April 25th, 2015

Palate 2 Palette is an evening dedicated to celebrating the arts in the historic Southside District.

The best of Chattanooga’s visual, floral and culinary talent are combined into one of the city’s most unique fundraisers benefiting the Craniofacial Foundation of America. Take a leisurely stroll as you savor the art at local galleries enjoying wine pairings from Athens Distributing Company with your favorite local cuisine at each venue and meet area artists and other incredible special guests!

Our featured artist for 2014 is James Parker, owner of Veggy Art LLC and Veggy Art Studios and winner of The Food Network Challenge. Chef James Parker is one of the most recognized artists in the fruit and vegetable sculpting industry. He is the current reigning champion of the fruit sculpture competitions on the Food Network's hit show, Challenge, and has been featured on the Food Network more than any other fruit and vegetable sculptor in the world. His work has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Plate Magazine, Fast Company Magazine, Thailand's GM Magazine, The Korea Times, on Fox and Friends, The Home Shopping Network, and on The Rachel Ray Show. Chef Parker studied the art of fruit and vegetable carving in Thailand, Switzerland and here in the United States. Come watch as he creates beautiful living art at Niedlov's Breadworks

Following the gallery stroll, be our guest at Track 29 for the exciting “Bubbles & Sweets” after-party!
